Golden Nugget Online Gaming has gained approval from the Michigan Gaming Control Board to launch online live dealer titles regionally.
Golden Nugget Online Gaming collaborated with the Ojibwa Casino and the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community to launch the ecosystem in the region.
Evolution Gaming provided the technology for the live dealer service. The MGCB allowed Evolution Gaming to operate this service in Michigan yesterday (July 21).
By the authorization, players in Michigan will access the table gaming services for blackjack, roulette, and baccarat on their cellphones and laptops at participating casinos. Because the games will be played in real-time, participants will place wagers while interacting with live dealers and other participants at the table.
Golden Nugget Online Gaming had previously developed a presence in Michigan due to its partnerships with the Ojibwa Casino and the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community, among other institutions.
Golden Nugget Online Gaming president Thomas Winter commented, "We were the first to bring live dealers to New Jersey and are pleased to extend into Michigan." We warmly encourage all online players to participate in this novel and exciting online live gaming experience."
